The best service for you depends on your situation.

If you have not paid sales tax and your vehicle purchase price or NADA average retail value is over $20,000, we recommend our Montana LLC UTV service, as you will save money by not having to pay the sales tax since Montana has a 0% tax rate. With this service, we will also set up an LLC for you, which means you will never be obligated to transfer the tag/title to your state after 30 days since you will not be the owner of the vehicle. Instead, your LLC will own the vehicle. However, the 30-day transfer rule is rarely enforced.

If you have already paid the sales tax, you can use our UTV street legal service and we can register it under an LLC for an additional fee HERE. With this service, an LLC is not required, unlike Montana.
